Unfortunately, we faced several maintenance issues. The jacuzzi jets didn't work, and the parking garage felt quite tight. It took a while for staff to address our concerns.

The indoor pool area offers a great escape, especially for families seeking some shade on a hot day. Plus, the beach access is effortless, with just a few steps, letting you jump right into the ocean whenever you want.

The parking situation needs serious reconsideration; it's cramped and feels downright hazardous at times. Hallways can get ridiculously hot, particularly on the north end, hinting at potential AC issues. Not to mention, waiting for the elevators can test your patience, especially during busy hours—could definitely use more lifts to manage the crowd.
